The condo is on the market for sale through Sotheby's International for a mere $19.5 million and it's been listed for nearly two years according to the New York Post. Any takers? The beautiful condo was built in 2007 and has a full-service building with 24-hour concierge, fitness room, storage spaces and two parking spaces in a heated garage. The building was a former parking garage and according to City Realty the former owner of the land, Tribeach Holdings had planned a building with 23 apartments. This condo is the winner of the AIA Housing Award in 2008 and designed by BKSK for Goldman Properties. Seems like Mr. And Mrs Smith will be living quite comfortably for the duration of their stay in the big apple. We sure hope so for $55,000 per month, that is quite the expensive price tag.
