Moving Services Review

Moving is always stressful, especially with a family and little children. The kids are screaming for their toys and coloring books while you try to manage and direct the crew of movers that are coming in and out of your home. On moving day, my husband couldn't be there because he was out of town for a very important business meeting he couldn't miss, so the moving experience was all mine. However I was thankful for having chosen really professional movers who didn't too much direction. All My Sons of Maryland have so many years of experience under their belt that nothing really phases them, not even that huge and heavy piano that was in my living room. That's what my eight-year-old practices on every day, well, almost every day. Anyhow the Maryland moving crew was truly great. I'm so happy I listened to my cousin who had recommended them when she heard my husband and I sold our house. We found a new four-bedroom place in Washington D.C. that would be closer of a commute for work. But that also meant I had to find new schools for my kids. Like I said, moving can be stressful. But thankfully the actual move itself was kind of a breeze. The local Maryland movers worked very efficiently, picked up our stuff carefully, box by box, furniture piece by furniture piece. Plus All My Sons moving is licensed and insured so I knew we were protected. They wrapped some of the furniture like the dressers to protect them even more during the drive to the new home in Washington D.C. The All my Sons movers were very friendly with my kids too, and patient when they had a question and I couldn't attend to them immediately. By the end of the day, my old home was empty and the moving truck was on its way to the new place. Once there, the Maryland movers helped me set up the new home and placed all the furniture in the right areas. That helped a lot, because that meant my husband didn't have to do any heavy lifting after a long day at a business meeting. All in all, moving wasn't so bad, thanks to the expertise of the Maryland movers. This testimonial was by Karina K., Washington D.C.
