If you visit this hidden gem, Libby says to “do yourself a favor and order the street noodles and dumplings.”

Libby says that spending an evening at Union Station is one of the first things you must do after moving to Denver. Be sure to admire and appreciate the Beaux-Arts and Italianate Romanesque architecture.
